Billet main caps designed & tested in house for the perfect blend of machinability and strength. These 4-bolt splayed main caps present themselves as the ultimate stability upgrade to your D/DX engines. Featuring a bi-lateral outer splay, you are combatting your rotating assembly forces by "tying" the block together.
 
These caps are designed to accept a "1-Pass" line bore, followed by finish honing.
 
We maintain use of the factory block register for both ease of installation, and ability to ensure parallelity to the crankshaft centerline.
 
We offer a custom tailored Opti-Torque hardware kit with ALL main cap offerings. With 1/2" Broached end studs, 12pt nuts, 7/16-14 12pt Outer Bolts(Splayed Only), and hardened washers, its the perfect way to fasten your main cap kit. With a complete torque spec installation guide & assembly lube, we can't make it any easier!
